Every Mauro Qashére order ships free within the European Union.

Dispatch

Ordered on a working day before 16:00 = dispatched the same day. As soon as your watch leaves you receive a tracking link.

Delivery time

The Netherlands: Delivery then takes on average 1–3 working days, depending on the carrier.

EU: Delivery within the EU then takes on average 2–5 working days, depending on destination and carrier.

Every watch ships fully insured in its presentation box.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import fees.

Changed your address?

To correct a delivery address after ordering, email support@mauroqashere.com as soon as possible. Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30 CET — we reply within a day. We can adjust the address until the parcel is dispatched.
