Returns policy

You can register a return within 30 days of delivery. We handle returns calmly and clearly — as you would expect from Mauro Qashére.

30-day cooling-off period

Register your return within 30 days of delivery. After registration you have 14 days to send the product back.

Viewing and trying the watch

You may view and try the watch as you would in a physical store.

Please return the watch complete, and where possible in the original packaging with accessories.

Use beyond what is needed to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the watch, if it causes damage or a loss in value, may lead to a deduction for diminished value.

Return shipping

Returns from the Netherlands are free when you use the official MQ return process.

From other EU countries, return shipping is paid by the customer.

If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, Mauro Qashére covers the return shipping.

How do I return?

Email support@mauroqashere.com with your order number. We will send instructions for the official MQ return process. Then send the watch back within 14 days.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we refund via the original payment method, within the applicable legal timeframes.

Damaged or incorrect item

If the watch is defective or you received the wrong item, tell us. Return shipping is then covered by Mauro Qashére. We repair or replace it, or refund you.

Right of withdrawal

This returns policy applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. Those legal rights remain fully in force.
