When will my order ship?
Ordered on a working day before 16:00 = dispatched the same day. The Netherlands: delivery then takes on average 1–3 working days, depending on the carrier. EU: delivery within the EU then takes on average 2–5 working days, depending on destination and carrier. Tracked and insured.
How does the 30-day think time work?
You have 30 days after delivery to view and try the watch at home. Register the return within those 30 days; you then have 14 days to send it back. Returns from the Netherlands are free via the official MQ process. From other EU countries, return shipping is paid by the customer.
What does the warranty cover?
In addition to your statutory rights, you receive a 2-year Mauro Qashére warranty on material and manufacturing defects — not only the movement. This commercial warranty does not affect your legal consumer rights.
How do I track my order?
The moment your watch ships you receive an email with a tracked link, so you can follow it to your door.
Do you ship outside the EU?
We currently ship free within the EU. Shipping elsewhere? Send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
